All Total Security Solutions security officers have radio or mobile phones to enable them to keep in close contact with the 24-hour control room throughout the officers' shifts or to contact emergency services if required. The security guards also perform hourly check calls to the control room to ensure their health and safety.

Mobile Patrols
Total Security Solutions utilises recognisable security vehicles to offer mobile patrols in Staffordshire and across the UK. Mobile Patrol Officers will patrol the buildings ensuring that all doors and windows are secure. Security reports are made to inform contracts managers of any issues on these sites.
